A.J. Green leads the Bengals Over The Bills

A.J. Green's 7 catches for 189 yards and one touchdown tells you how this day went. But the underlining statistic that stands out to me is that Tyrod Taylor is 1-11 when he passes 30 or more times in a game.  Tyrod Taylor's 63.6 passer rating in Sunday's loss to the Bengals was the third-lowest of his 34-game career as the Bills' starter.  Taylor was playing without Jordan Matthews and tight end Charles Clay went down with a knee injury during the game.  Witout major receiving  threats the Bills gained only 36 yards in the second half of Sunday's 20-16 loss.  Brandon Tate stepped up with a toe-tapping catch in the end-zone and some nice plays on specials teams

When you look at the AFC East standings and you should notice how the New England, NY Jets have scored plenty of PF.  Buffalo needs to get the offense going.  The defense played well enough to get a victory against the Bengals.

The Bills head into the bye week 3-2, still better than anyone had anticipated.
